We are looking for a highly creative, collaborative and versatile Multimedia Designer (Midweight - Senior) with strong foundations in graphic design and visual communications.
You will support our marketing and design team in producing high-quality, compelling creative work across graphic visuals, motion, video, 3D, photography, and digital platforms, including out-of-home (OOH) media such as large-format print, digital screens, and experiential installations.
This role is perfect for a creative all-rounder who enjoys ideating and creating unique advertising showcases, thrives on solving creative challenges, and understands how work translates across different media and environments. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems from concept to execution and is eager to grow their skills in 3D and motion graphics.
Job Requirements:
Graphic & Digital Design
- Create visual assets for marketing campaigns across digital, print, and OOH platforms, including social media, e-flyers, digital ads, presentations, and large-format layouts.
- Design and adapt layouts for different media specifications, including print and digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency and identity across online, offline, and out-of-home touchpoints.
- Translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and effective visual communication across multiple platforms.
Sales & Marketing Collateral
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing assets, including pitch decks, social media content, e-flyers, email newsletters, and interactive sales tools.
3D, Motion & Video Design
- Design and create motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital, experiential, and OOH.
- Support in the modelling, texturing, lighting, and animating of 3D assets for campaigns and experiential projects (large-format digital screens, OOH, event visuals).
- Prepare storyboards and assist in video editing, creating motion graphics, animations, and visual mockups to bring creative ideas to life.
Photography & Videography
- Support occasional on-site photography and videography for campaign documentation.
- Capture and edit content according to the requirements.
- Ensure visual quality, consistency, and brand alignment and requirements across all outputs.
Asset Management
- Regularly maintain and organise design assets (e.g., photos, videos, audio, etc.).
Campaign & Production Support
- Resize, adapt, and optimise creative assets for multiple platforms and media formats.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing and design team to integrate 3D and motion into broader campaigns and ensure creative work translates effectively across all media and platforms.
- Prepare 2D and 3D mock-ups, artist impressions, and visual simulations to support pitches and stakeholder discussions.
- Support design workflows while maintaining quality, timelines, and creative standards
Requirements:
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in multimedia or visual design roles.
- Experience producing creative work for multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, and out-of-home (OOH) media.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, motion, video, 3D, and campaign work across different platforms and formats.
Technical Proficiency
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote) and social media platforms.
- AI-competent in design tools such as Freepik, Gamma, Midjourney, and HeyGen.
- Working knowledge of modern UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Design Skills
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
- Ability to design with real-world media constraints in mind, including scale, viewing distance, format, and context.
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear and impactful visual designs.
- Good knowledge of 3D principles (modelling, lighting, texturing, rendering).
Desirable Skills
- Command of front-end web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of 3D software such as Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar.
- Intermediate Proficient in Graphic Design, UI/UX, and Web Design.
- Basic Knowledge of HTML5.
- Understanding of Site Mapping and Site Planning for experiential environments.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects.
